• Conducts training classes, which include content about the job, the Company, and different client programs.
• Build channel network (DSA) as well as direct sourcing model for generation of business
• Maintain strong relationship with customers for referral generation
• Ensure timely collection of EMIs and conduct close follow-up with customers

Job Specification :-

• Graduate/PG with 4-10 years of sales experience in LAP/BL
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Good knowledge of local market and channels
• Ability to work with least supervision
