  • Deploy FPO Engagement Strategy as applicable
  • Actively partner with the client and offer customized solutions
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Engage at periodic intervals to assess, track the progress and leverage on their network/ relationship
  • Ensures good portfolio quality and credit worthiness of the relationships being managed Professional Advice/ Internal Consultant.
  • Provide professional advice and support to the clients, understand all their requirements and recommend solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain 100% collections and minimize the delay in repayment

    in the stream of Home Loan Mortgage Loan, Two wheeler Loan Consumer Durables, personal Loans,
    and the core experience in the field of Home loan and Mortgage Loan handling since 2017 To July
    2021 throughout Andhra Pradesh & Telangana in the segment of Branch Operations.. The process
    includes verification documents like KYC Pan Card AadhaarCard, Driving License, Bank Statement,
    Cross Check the Document Sent By the Credit, If necessary conducting one more Personal
    discussion enquire about the loan and conforming how customer is going to repay the loan after
    sanctioning. and discuss with the credit, on what bases the customer is liable to take the loan like
    Construction, Renovation Home Improvement, Purchase, Resale Purchase, and collecting the
    necessary documents Like Salary Slip, Form 16 for Salaried and for Business IT returns ,RC, Banking
    and vintage verification Differs case to case. and also check and verify the legal and technical
    document brought by the customer are as per policy. and then recommend for the file process and
    the cheque Disbursement to the banker. And handover the cheque at the time of registration after
    verifying all the specified original documents which are specified by the legal Authority and the
    technical Team. and on sanction conditions.
