Job Location : Karnataka / Tamilnadu / Maharastra

Job description :

  • Branch Administration / Accounting
  • Rendering excellent customer service
  • Safe custody of valuables & surveillence over branch transactions
  • Maintaining control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls.
  • Manage a team of 5 FWOs in a effective manner and motivate them to acheive the performance parameter.
  • Assisting the FWOs in loan recovery process
  • Providing training to staff with regard to operations and policies.
  • Schedules, Supervise and motivates branch staffs to maintain optimal member service satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch level as stipulated by the top management.
  • Ensuring member retention by managing high service quality.

Qualification Required :

  • PG Degree / UG Degree
  • Experience of 4 to 6 years in the Relevant Field

Assistant Branch Manager – Operations :-

Job Location : Karnataka / Tamilnadu / Maharastra

Job description :

  • To assit the Branch Manager in day to day activities
  • Responsible for back end activities of the branch
  • Assisting the FWOs in acquring new members / CGT / loan recovery process

Qualification Required :

  • PG Degree / UG Degree
  • Experience of 2 years in the relevant field.

HR Requirement Officers :-

  • To assist the Accounts manager in finalization of accounts.
  • Caluclation of TDS and timely payment of TDS.
  • To pass various type of accounting entries like Journal, Contract, Payment, Receipt.
  • To maintain book keeping & Tally
  • On time verification, processing & accounting of payable / receivables.
  • Petty cash handling & reconcillation of cash & bank books

Qualification Required :

  • PG Degree / UG Degree ( M.com / B.com )
  • Experience – Freshers / 1 to 2 years in the relevant Field.

MIS Co-ordinator :-

Job Location : Karnataka

Job description :

  • Resposible for EOD / MIS and BC requirements
  • To co-ordinate with the branches

Qualification Required :

  • PG Degree / UG Degree
  • Experience – Freshers / 1 to 2 years in the relevant field.

Field Welfare Officer – Operations :-

Job Location : Karnataka / Tamilnadu / Maharastra

Job description :

  • Mobilization of new members / Centres
  • To form new centre and conduct group meeting
  • To conduct group training ( CGT )
  • Verification of loan utilization and ensure 100% timely collection.
  • Book keeping and record maintenance of alloted centres.

Qualification Required :

  • UG Degree
  • Experience – Freshers / 1 to 2 years in the relevant field.
