Salary :- ₹ 50,000 – 1,50,000 P.A 

Qualification :- Graduation 

Experience :- Fresher or with 1-3 years of exprerience

Roles and Responsibilities HDB Financial Services Jobs :-

• Re-attempt the call, if no response is received for the attempted call
• Maintain a required calling run rate of 40-60 responded calls per day to ensure assigned customers are contacted within allotted timelines
• Show Empathy to any issue shared by the customer
• Encourage customer to provide feedback amenably
• Intelligent interaction with the customer to ascertain the occurrence of activities strictly prohibited in the Group for customer acquisition and business generation
• Critical issues reported by the customers to be promptly brought to the notice of reporting line manager
• Correctly capture the feedback and issue raised by customer in the reporting format
• Ensure Close looped feedback is obtained from the customer and captured in the reporting format
• Raising Calling Alerts to the Line Business Seniors (ASM and above) with complete details to enable them understand the reported issue and further investigate the matter

• Solvency & liquidity position
• To ensure Bounce Rate and Delinquency are within acceptable standards.
• Monitor and enforce approval rate and TAT as per prescribed standards.
• Monitor and ensure that monthly Branch audit score is satisfactory.
• Vendor Management.
• To conduct customer meeting to evaluate credit proposal
• PDD Tracking and closure
• Compliance to repayment instrument replenishment to ensure regular repayment of EMI
