Positions :- Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Job Location Equitas Bank Jobs :- Chembur, Manmad , Dhule

Salary :- ₹ 1,00,000 – 2,50,000 P.A

Qualification :- Any Graduate

Experience :- 1 – 2 Years

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle front office branch operations (Teller/Customer Service) and ensure smooth running of the branch.
• Ensure compliance to banking guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements. Handling of all cash/ non-cash transactions and posting of entries in the system in a timely and error-free manner.
• Keep updated on all the relevant bank policies and regulations. Safe custody of all stationery, account kits, cheque books, forms etc and timely updation of all relevant registers.
• Compliance with KYC, AML, audit and other regulations in all branch banking operations. Cross-sell of savings and investment products to clients to meet branch objectives. Delivery of high standards of customer service and relationship management to clients to enable retain them.

Desired Experience Equitas Bank Jobs :-

• Number of years of experience (range): 1-2 years
• Type of companies/sector worked for: Banking private sector banks, cooperative banks, PSU banks, rural banks.
• Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: The applicant preferably should have been in a customer-facing role in a bank branch
• Languages: Fluency in English and regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.
• Computer/technical skills (if any): Good in MS Office, Banking Softwares,

Qualifications :-

• Post-graduation: (Please specify preferences, if any)?: MBA or any PG would be an added advantage
