Experience Criteria (Skill Sets/ core competencies) Dhanlaxmi Bank Recruitment 2020 :-

1. Chief Vigilance & Security Officer : An officer with minimum 15 years’ experience in Banking of which five years should be at senior management level, 3 years in handling vigilance issues and preventive vigilance mechanism. (He/ She shall have skill sets of domain knowledge on Banking, Risk related areas, regulatory norms, forecasting preventive steps, internal control, compliance and investigative skills).
2. Chief Risk Officer : An officer with minimum 15 years’ experience in Banking of which five years should be at senior management level in handling credit risk, market risk and operational risks in Banking sector. (He/ She shall have skill sets of domain knowledge on risk related areas, regulatory norms, forecasting requirements and analytical skills). 

Age Limit Dhanlaxmi Bank Recruitment 2020 :-

1. Chief Vigilance & Security Officer : Not exceeding  55 years as on 30.09.2020
2. Chief Risk Officer : Below 50 years as on 30.09.2020
