Job role :-

• Mfi Professional and should have a good a good Knowledge of local market dynamics.
• Have to handle 25-30 branches.

• Managing Attendance,Statutory compliance (PF & ESI), Mediclaim’s.
• Preparing and Updating MIS reports related to HR activities.
• Visiting branch offices.
• Responsible for Employee engagement and Employee relation activities.
